Hello, I am based in Buckinghamshire and am an intuitive and experienced Reiki person.
Reiki changed my life for good in 2005, I qualified as a reiki master teacher and practitioner many years later in 2018.
I was taught by an Indian Reiki Master who now resides back in India where I visited her last year.
I firmly believe that we are all connected and that gratitude raises our vibration.
In life we build up many layers of experience, some good, some bad. These experiences become layered and we sometimes get trapped energy that causes problems in the body or stress, insomnia and body pain.
The balance of Reiki energy works deeply through these layers of life experiences and helps us to release emotions and negativity.
Reiki does bring up emotions and experiences so it isn’t all ‘love and light’ but I do believe it is necessary to release past emotions to be able to move towards a better life.
My other work is also based around the arts and creativity where I also use my intuition.
I believe that meditation and being in nature are both key to a well-balanced life.
A reiki session with me includes a welcome conversation, choosing an oracle card, a light meditation and a full reiki session which lasts around 50 minutes, we finish with another conversation and grounding.
I am based in Loudwater, Buckinghamshire.
Distance Reiki sessions are also available worldwide.
